Spring Break: That one week every girl is waiting for to become a mermaid, chug Margaritas & Pina Coladas, and look like a glowing goddess! Oh trust me I am as excited as you are to finally have a break, relax and lay on the beach sand. But we need to first make sure we have packed all our essentials for our trip. Below are my holy grail items to pack!!!
Bathing Suits
There's basically nothing more important to pack in your luggage/weekender bag other than your bathing suit. Um Hello, its spring break! You will definitely be living in your bathing suit for the following week...Pack at least 4 bathing suits. The first one should be a classic neutral color, a tanning bikini, an adorable bathing suit, and of course my favorite for this year; a one piece! Miking up the styles of your bathing suit will definitely make your week that much better because you are waiting to wear the next bathing suit and so on. I suggested a tanning bikini because duh we will all be tanning and we dont want those tan lines. But dont be afraid to mix it up with your styles even if for one day your bathing suit choice will leave you with tan lines remember to wear your tanning bathing suit on your last day! Mazzie's Tip: Remember that spring break is ideal for Instagram!!
Makeup/Body Care
Tropical destinations or even if you will be staycationing in a beach house near you calls for minimal makeup, AND when i say MINIMAL i literally mean the slightest makeup possible! You do not want to look like you literally just woke from bed or like a tourist that does not know where he slept last night due to the insane amount of drinks lol. Keep it simple, my go-to's for my spring breaks are Charlotte Tillbury Contour stick, Red Lipstick, Tinted Moisturizer, my holy grail Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, Dry Bar Dry Shampoo, Herbivore Coco Rose Body Polish....#GODDESSVIBES
Outfits
Spring break always calls for daytime and evening shenanigans! During the day time, coverups, sandals, straw bag, flash tattoos, & sunnies will be your best friends. On your evening adventures, wearing flowy dresses/outfits will leave you refreshed and will be easy to match with anything you brought in your bag. And of course, we can't miss the accessories; everything from wedges, big floppy hats, and pom pom sandals will do.
Overall, just remember that spring break is all about letting go, embracing your tan and glowy skin and having fun. So, pack your essentials, and grab your Polaroid and have the time of your lie.
