MY FAVORITES
A week ago the American Music Awards took place. Apart from waiting to see the nominations and the celebrities receiving their awards, my favorite part of the night was the red carpet where we see the celebrities walk with their chosen fits for the night.
The red carpet did not disappoint, and although many celebrities brought a variety of looks from pop to rocker chic to extreme elegance, only a few caught my attention and definitely got my well-dressed vote! Below I chose my top 4 of the night.
Selena Gomez wore a floor sweeping, red gown. This was definitely my favorite of the night. So elegant, sleek, and definitely breathtaking. I love that she did not over do it with the makeup, hair, & accessories because the gown was made to definitely be the center of attention and that exactly what she did. Completely and utterly obsessed with this attire. My #1 !!!!
Lady Gaga, oh Lady Gaga! I needed to include these on my favorites because I love a good suit! She pulled it off so elegantly. There is something about wide legged bottoms that automatically make you look elegant and perfect for a special event! She looked so pristine, I LOVED it!
Gigi Hadid, 2016 AMA's Host wearing a gorgeous Roberto Cavalli. A flawless and impeccable look for the night. I loved how she was very classy yet the of the shoulder and lace features of the dress made it look so sexy and poised.
Hailee Steinfeld. I love that she wore green for the AMA's it is such a beautiful color for any occasion. Most importantly, she did a shimmering green , to me she looked perfect for her age and the way she combined the cocktail dress with simple gold heeled sandals definitely brought the whole look together from a cocktail dress to a night time classy dress. The choice in lip color was a plus for me! It just brought a pop of color to her whole outfit!
